Job summary

INTEXT INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C on-site supervisor position for interior fit-out projects in the UAE. You will oversee daily activities, ensure work follows drawings and specs, and coordinate with PMs, engineers, designers and clients to resolve issues.

Role requires 2–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-outs, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in read maps/drawings. Immediate joining is preferred; fluent in English and Hindi is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction projects.
• Experience supervising villa, apartment, office, retail and commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing, joinery, gypsum, flooring, painting, ceilings and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers and clients to resolve site issues.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, tools and equipment for site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and attendance records.
• Verify completed work before handover for inspection and snagging items.

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications Manage and coordinate subcontractors laborers and skilled workers on site Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with company quality standards Read and interpret architectural MEP and shop drawings Coordinate with project managers engineers designers and clients to resolve site issues Plan and schedule manpower materials tools and equipment required for site activities Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical or quality issues Ensure compliance with UAE health safety and environmental HSE regulations Maintain daily site reports progress updates and attendance records Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on site Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients Resolve site challenges promptly to avoid delays in project completion Ensure all work is executed according to approved methods and company standards Report project progress delays and resource requirements to the Project Manager Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment Attend site meetings with clients consultants and project teams as required Verify completed work before handing it over for inspection Support the successful handover of completed projects by ensuring all snagging items are rectified

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and shop drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand Hindi.
• English communication is required.
• Familiar with UAE building regulations and HSE (Health & Safety) standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
