Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead service teams and manage guest relations.
• Strong knowledge of food costs, labor costs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Remain visible during service and engage proactively with guests.
• Monitor satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns.
• Compile guest feedback and develop practical improvement plans.
• Build and maintain a guest database that supports repeat visits.
• Develop personalized relationships with regular and high-value guests.
• Run shifts efficiently while maintaining service flow and restaurant presentation.
• Delegate assignments clearly across the management team.
• Coach managers and colleagues toward deadlines and performance objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
• Guide the team in ethical upselling and revenue-enhancement techniques.
• Ensure employees understand the restaurant 's order of service.
• Support colleagues during service to ensure guest needs are fulfilled.
• Recruit and retain high-performing restaurant employees.
• Coordinate vacancies, interviews, and candidate selection with Human Resources.
• Prepare candidate profiles according to company requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, learning, and career development.
• Maintain accountability for food costs and labor costs.
• Share responsibility for outlet profit-and-loss performance.
• Review operating results and implement corrective actions.
• Protect food quality, safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards.
• Ensure company policies and operating procedures are followed.
• Act as a credible ambassador for Atlantis Dubai.
• Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans for the outlet.
• Support restaurant marketing and business-development priorities.
