Atlantis The Royal in Dubai invites an experienced Assistant General Manager - Ling Ling to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction and commercial success. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to lead, train and develop the team, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with policies and brand standards in a high-profile dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous international experience is preferred.
• Strong team leadership and customer focus are essential.
• Hands-on management style balancing guest service, people management and commercial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant activities with focus on guest satisfaction, efficiency and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop colleagues, coordinate staffing requirements and ensure policies and service standards are followed.
• Drive financial performance through cost control, menu engineering and operational excellence.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize costs while maintaining quality.
