Job summary

Tickmill in Dubai seeks a bilingual Customer Support/Sales professional to provide dedicated client assistance via phone, email, and live chat. You will handle account openings, verifications, deposits and withdrawals, and resolve platform-related issues, while building strong client relationships.

Applicants should have 1+ year in regulated financial services, fluent Arabic and English, a university degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales role within a regulated financial services company.
• Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
• College or University degree.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to clients via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
• Assist clients with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals and general account-related inquiries.
• Resolve issues related to trading platforms, account management, trade execution and technical functionality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on the company s products, trading platforms, tools and available resources.
• Ensure all client interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
