Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker) in Dubai to manage a diverse client portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. You will identify client needs, provide tailored FX/CFD solutions, and drive trading activity while collaborating with compliance and operations for a smooth client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in relationship management within Forex/CFD, strong market knowledge, and fluent Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management within Forex/CFD.
• Strong understanding of FX/CFD, indices, and commodities.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retain and maintain new clients, including individual and institutional investors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize trading activity and client satisfaction.
• Identify clients’ needs and provide tailored FX/CFD trading solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients to provide market updates, technical insights, and trading opportunities.
• Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure seamless client experience.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
• Promote the company’s brand and trading platforms in both local and international markets.
• Represent the company in expos, seminars, and other industry events.

Role Overview
