Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 1–2 years of client service or finance experience, preferably in trading/Fintech.
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and troubleshoot issues, define severity, prioritize and resolve incidents.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, providing timely resolution updates and clear communication.
• Deploy products at customer sites and provide training to end-users and IT teams.
• Support international clients with flexible scheduling and work hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Document current issues for customers to enhance knowledge (KDB).
