• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and emails about stock brokerage accounts.
• Assist clients with account setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Educate clients on ADIB Securities trading platforms and tools.
• Resolve complaints professionally, escalating complex cases to supervisors.
• Follow up with clients to confirm issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Sales and Operations teams.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
