Zusammenfassung

CargoX is seeking a highly energetic Business Development Specialist to drive customer acquisition for its on-demand logistics services in the UAE. The role is field-based, requiring extensive daily meetings, prospecting, and app demonstrations to convert prospects into active customers.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities from identifying prospects to onboarding and collecting market feedback, while maintaining CRM records and using AI tools to support research and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Field sales experience in on-demand/logistics or similar
• Experience with merchant/customer acquisition
• Strong English and Hindi; Arabic helpful
• Field-based role with high daily customer meetings
• Own transport and UAE driving license mandatory
• Prospecting, communication, negotiation and objection handling
• Ability to translate conversations into opportunities
• Knowledge of mobile apps and ability to demonstrate them
• Ability to perform market surveys and provide actionable feedback
• Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets or similar tools
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for research, productivity and reporting
• Self-motivated, resilient with high field activity

Aufgaben

• Conduct 20–25+ customer visits/meetings per day across the territory
• Identify and prospect potential business customers through field visits and market research
• Introduce CargoX's on-demand logistics services and mobile app
• Understand customer requirements, delivery volumes and pain points
• Acquire new customers, drive app downloads and convert prospects to active customers
• Follow up with prospects and move opportunities toward onboarding and first transactions
• Handle objections and communicate the value proposition
• Conduct market surveys to understand pricing, competition and opportunities
• Provide structured daily feedback on objections, market trends and opportunities
• Maintain records of meetings, leads, registrations and conversions using CRM tools
• Use AI tools for prospect research, market research, productivity and reporting
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and conversion targets
