Job summary

CargoX in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly energetic Business Development Specialist to drive customer acquisition for its on-demand logistics services. The role is field-based, requiring you to identify prospects, meet businesses, understand their logistics needs and onboard customers for initial transactions.

You will conduct extensive field visits daily, nurture relationships, demonstrate the CargoX app, collect market feedback and report through CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or business development.
• Experience with on-demand logistics platforms preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic a plus.
• Own reliable transportation with UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 20-25+ customer visits per day across the territory.
• Identify and prospect potential business customers through field work.
• Onboard customers and drive app downloads/registrations.
• Provide market feedback and use CRM for reporting.
• Leverage AI tools for research and productivity.
• Meet acquisition and conversion targets.
