Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in the power tools industry.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit hardware stores and distributors to promote products and provide sales support.
• Lead in-store promotions such as demos, training, and POS campaigns.
• Optimize product displays and shelf layouts for visibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributors on inventory, orders, and market feedback.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and report activities.
