Job summary

Decor Hardware and Paints LLC is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive new business in Dubai, Sharjah and other UAE territories. You will promote industrial tools, hardware and welding supplies to MEP contractors and facilities managers, convert inquiries to orders and cultivate repeat business.

You will visit customers, manage quotes, co-ordinate deliveries and support collections while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE outdoor B2B sales experience.
• Prefer experience in industrial hardware, building materials, tools or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah and Northern Emirates customer segments.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Existing contractor/hardware customer relationships are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new B2B customers across Dubai, Sharjah and other UAE territories.
• Generate sales from MEP contractors, facility management, fabrication workshops and related sectors.
• Promote and sell industrial tools, hardware, abrasives, welding consumables and safety products.
• Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders with emphasis on repeat business.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product discussions and order coordination.
• Work toward monthly sales and gross-profit targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline updates and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal staff on availability, quotations, deliveries and requirements.
• Assist with payment follow-ups and collection according to policies.
