Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Sales Account Manager to be the face of Hilti in Dubai, building direct relationships with customers on sites, offices, and warehouses. You will deliver tailored Hilti solutions and drive growth through tools, software, and services to create value-driven partnerships and improve customer efficiency.

This is a future-hiring role to build a pipeline for opportunities across Dubai and the UAE, identifying and developing new business opportunities and positioning Hilti

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with construction.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process across Dubai and UAE markets.
• Develop strategic plans and bundled solution offerings.
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, contractors, and end users.
• Deliver Hilti solutions to improve customers’ operational efficiency.
• Achieve defined territory or market segment targets.
