Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an aggressive Outdoor Sales Business Development Executive to drive immediate revenue growth in fasteners, scaffolding and MEP components. You will target construction, oil and gas infrastructure sectors, converting leads into high-volume commercial accounts.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commissions, a company car, fuel allowance, and comprehensive health insurance, plus a strong network within tier-1 and tier-2 contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in related outdoor sales experience.
• Active UAE network of tier-1 and tier-2 contractors, MEP consultants, and scaffolding firms.
• Must possess UAE driver's license, elite negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive immediate sales by securing high-value bulk orders from contractors and distributors.
• Map the market and identify active infrastructure projects; penetrate procurement layers.
• Maintain a daily field-visits schedule with site meetings and face-to-face negotiations.
• Review BOQ and project drawings to propose exact product matches and quotes.
