Job summary

La Decor LLC is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive new business across Dubai and the Northern Emirates in building materials and architectural hardware. This field-sales role requires visiting hardware shops, contractors, and project sites to grow accounts and meet monthly targets.

You will promote architectural hardware, build lasting relationships, prepare quotations, and provide timely market feedback to management. A UAE-based candidate with driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE outdoor/field-sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building materials, architectural hardware, sanitary ware, aluminium, hardware trading, construction products, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong ability to generate new customers through cold visits and direct market prospecting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Willing to spend most of the working day outside visiting customers.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred.
• English required; Hindi/Urdu preferred; Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing customers across the UAE.
• Generate new business through cold visits, market visits, and direct prospecting.
• Promote architectural hardware and related building-material products.
• Build relationships with hardware shops, traders, contractors, and project customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and orders.
• Follow up on deliveries and customer payments.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor activity.
• Work towards monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular market and sales updates to management.
