Job summary

AP&T Business Solutions LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive sales of IT hardware, POS terminals, and related peripherals across the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B IT hardware or POS sales, strong negotiation and closing skills, and a solid grasp of CRM and MS Office. UAE driving licence is mandatory, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in IT hardware, POS or peripherals in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of POS, retail technology and IT hardware products.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable with field sales.
• UAE driving licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IT hardware, POS terminals, self-checkout and kiosk solutions, printers, scanners, cash drawers, peripherals, servers and accessories.
• Find and win new customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, customer visits and market research.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products and configurations.
• Introduce AP&T's IT solutions and services (ERP, POS software, support) alongside hardware requirements where relevant.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, and manage the cycle from enquiry through negotiation, order confirmation and follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with procurement teams, IT departments and decision-makers.
• Identify RFQs, tenders, project opportunities and bulk hardware requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on pricing, availability, configuration and order execution.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining required margins.
• Drive repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
• Keep customer and opportunity records updated in the CRM, and give regular updates on pipeline, quotations, orders and expected closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
