Noor Al Sahara General Contracting – Sole proprietorship L.L.C. is seeking a sales professional in Abu Dhabi to identify and develop opportunities with contractors and developers for concrete batching plants and related equipment.

You will coordinate with technical and commercial teams, prepare proposals, and conduct customer meetings and site visits. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, a relevant diploma/degree, and a willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Technical understanding of batching plant equipment is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with contractors, ready-mix concrete producers, developers, and construction companies.
• Promote concrete batching plants, mixers, silos, conveyors, control systems, spare parts, and maintenance services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plant configurations and technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, tenders, and customer inquiries to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales records in the CRM system.
• Monitor market activity, competitors, industry developments, and upcoming construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, installation, and after-esales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support customers after the sale and identify opportunities for upgrades, spare parts, and service contracts.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular pipeline and performance reports.
