Couqley in Downtown Dubai (an Accor-branded venue) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence in a premium-casual setting.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, optimize reservations and guest profiling, and drive guest satisfaction while collaborating with management to maximize revenue and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large teams in restaurants and bars.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong team player who works hard, supports colleagues and has fun.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and uphold exceptional service standards in the award-winning restaurant.
• Lead guest and Heartist experience by setting a positive example and empowering the team.
• Collaborate with Management to develop initiatives, promotions and incentives that boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage reservations, guest profiling systems, and optimize guest experiences and commercial performance.
• Foster seamless communication and collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Deliver regular training, coaching and briefings to maintain brand standards and service excellence.
• Inspire and develop the team to achieve business objectives and a high-performing culture.
