Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Formal education in hospitality or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to maintain high service standards.
• Lead and support front-of-house staff including waiters, bartenders and hosts.
• Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle service issues professionally.
• Assist in staff training, development and performance evaluations.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Support inventory control, stock ordering and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to service improvements and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to achieve service, sales and operational goals.
