Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B team and deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, and collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and solid knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and POS systems. You’ll train staff, optimize costs, and help create engaging F&B promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hospitality management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high-quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B staff to achieve operational excellence
