Job summary

Premier Inn in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Attendant to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest comfort. You'll provide detailed product knowledge to confidently upsell items and serve guests efficiently.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, maintaining cleanliness, handling POS transactions, and training new staff while adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/food & beverage as a Service Attendant for at least 1 year in a 3-star or above hotel.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and interact with them in a courteous, friendly and clear manner.
• Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while upselling products to meet outlets targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and confirm guests meet alcohol age requirements.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after meals and maintain outlet cleanliness.
• Manage stock and POS transactions while ensuring health and safety policies are followed.
• Train new team members and uphold company standards.
