Premier Inn in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Attendant to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest comfort. You'll provide detailed product knowledge to confidently upsell items and serve guests efficiently.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, maintaining cleanliness, handling POS transactions, and training new staff while adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/food & beverage as a Service Attendant for at least 1 year in a 3-star or above hotel.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Service Attendant is a support role which ensures smooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order to recommend confidently and up-sell the various products on offer.

Your day-to-day work:

• Welcome, interact andcommunicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner
• Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products, focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlets targets
• Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service while ensuring the guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Clear and clean tables as soon as it is apparent that guests have finished their meals professionally
• Maintain stock, accurately handle point-of –sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet always
• Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to, train all new team members

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a Service Attendant for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.
• Fluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.
