Job summary

Premier Inn Dubai is seeking a Service Attendant to support restaurant operations, delivering efficient service, maintaining standards and guest comfort at all times. A high level of product knowledge is required to confidently recommend and up-sell menu items.

• Background in hotel/F&B with at least 1 year as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or above hotel.
• Fluent English required; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and interact in a courteous, friendly, and clear manner; take, prepare and serve orders with up-selling.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and check guest age for alcohol.
• Clear and clean tables promptly when guests finish.
• Maintain stock and handle POS; keep outlet clean at all times.
• Follow Health and Safety policies and train new team members.
