Qualifications

• Background from hotel/F&B industry preferred with 1+ year as Service Attendant in a 3-star or above hotel.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and communicate courteously with guests and colleagues.
• Take, prepare and serve orders; upsell products to maximise sales.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and compliance with age requirements.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain outlet cleanliness.
• Handle stock and POS transactions while upholding health and safety policies.
• Train new team members on standards and procedures.
