Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized service across F&B outlets.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, wine, and promotions to upsell.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurant, bar, and areas.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, HACCP and safety standards.
• Proper handling, storage, and care of food, beverages, and equipment.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment; report issues promptly.
• Support sustainability by minimizing waste and using resources responsibly.
