Job summary

Premier Inn Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Attendant to ensure smooth restaurant service, maintain standards and guest comfort. You will greet guests, take and serve orders with accuracy, promote offerings, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely service.

• Background in hotel/F&B industry with at least 1 year in a service attendant role.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner.
• Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and upselling all products.
• Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service and that guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol.
• Clear and clean tables as soon as guests have finished their meals, professionally.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness; handle POS transactions accurately.
• Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed and train new team members.
