Job summary

Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced F&B Reservations Coordinator to join the Food & Beverage division under the Emiratisation Program. The role focuses on reservations, VIP guest arrangements, and upholding the Shangri-La service standards.

The ideal candidate is UAE citizen with excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with restaurant reservations and VIP guest arrangements.
Maintain and update departmental records, filing systems, and databases.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all F&B offerings, menus, promotions, and events.
Ensure smooth information flow between F&B management and operational staff.
Follow up on guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of any concerns.
Maintain guest database and support personalized service efforts.
Upsell dining experiences and promote hotel events where appropriate.
