Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a courteous Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly convey information, listen to guests, and respond to their needs effectively.

• Proficiency in English; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a pleasant smile, presenting menus and taking orders.

• Using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
