Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Hostess to warmly welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival. You will manage table reservations and seating arrangements to support smooth restaurant operations.

You will also assist guests with inquiries and coordinate closely with the service team to provide an exceptional dining experience. The role requires excellent communication, a neat appearance, and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, welcoming, and professional with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of reservation systems.
• Attention to detail and a neat, presentable appearance.
• Team-oriented with a service-focused attitude.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a Hotel, Restaurant or Bar.
• High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
