Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced F&B Reservations Coordinator to join the Food & Beverage division under the Emiratisation Program. The role focuses on reservations, VIP guest arrangements, and upholding the Shangri-La service standards.

The ideal candidate is UAE citizen with excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of any concerns.
• Maintain guest database and support personalized service efforts.
• Upsell dining experiences and promote hotel events where appropriate.
