Blue World Industrial in the UAE is seeking an experienced Export Specialist to manage international shipments, documentation, and compliance across GCC, EU, US, Asia and Africa. You will liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

We value 1–5 years in export or international trade, strong knowledge of export docs, Incoterms, and fluent English. Arabic is a plus. The role offers a dynamic environment within a food and FMCG trading group.

Formación

• 1–5 years of proven experience as an Export Specialist or in a similar international trade role.
• FMCG or Food & Beverage export experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end export operations for assigned regions.
• Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics or documentation issues.
• Liaise with sales, warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

Blue World Industrial, a leading Food Wholesale Distributor and FMCG manufacturer based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, is hiring an experienced Export Specialist to join our growing team. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing international shipments, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations across the GCC, EU, US, Asia, and Africa. This Export Specialist role is critical to our mission of delivering premium UAE food products to global markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations for the assigned regions.

• Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience as an Export Specialist or in a similar international trade/logistics role.

• Industry: FMCG or Food & Beverage export experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

• Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

• Personal Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
