Tanqeeb seeks an experienced business development professional for international trade across the UAE, GCC, and beyond. You will identify buyers and suppliers, manage end-to-end deal cycles, and coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, and authorities.
You will review LOIs and sales contracts, negotiate terms, and build lasting relationships with key partners, supporting senior management on revenue targets.
Develop new business opportunities across the UAE, GCC, Middle East, and Africa.
Identify, qualify, and verify buyers, suppliers, factories, contractors, and developers.
Manage opportunities across agricultural commodities, grains, animal feed, prefabricated housing, and modular buildings.
Prepare and review LOIs, ICPOs, SCOs, FCOs, quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, shipping arrangements, and contractual conditions.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, inspection companies, banks, and government authorities.
Manage the complete transaction cycle from initial inquiry and due diligence through shipment, delivery, and payment collection.
Verify commercial documentation, product specifications, supplier credentials, and buyer requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and weekly performance reports.
Build long-term relationships with qualified customers, suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners.
Work directly with senior management to support commercial strategy and revenue targets.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international trade, business development, import/export, or B2B sales.
Proven experience in agricultural commodities, grains, animal feed, prefabricated housing, modular construction, or building materials.
Strong knowledge of CIF, FOB, EXW, international shipping, customs procedures, and cargo insurance.
Practical understanding of LC at Sight under UCP 600 and international payment procedures.
Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from opportunity identification through successful completion.
Strong commercial negotiation, communication, due-diligence, and relationship-management skills.
Genuine professional network of buyers, suppliers, contractors, or developers is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English; Chinese is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Organized, trustworthy, proactive, responsive, and comfortable working directly with senior management.
Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Able to provide verifiable transaction examples and professional references.
