Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, UAE, seeks an Air Export - Operations Executive to join our Air Freight team. The role demands hands-on air export operations and freight forwarding experience, capable of managing multiple shipments in a time-sensitive environment.

You will coordinate end-to-end air export shipments, handle documentation (AWB, invoices, packing lists), liaise with airlines and customers, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of export operations. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations.
• Experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding industry mandatory.
• DGR license/certification is an added advantage.
• Dubai-based candidates preferred; immediate joiners preferred; age below 35 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments from booking to shipment completion.
• Prepare and verify air export documentation (AWB, invoices, packing lists).
• Liaise with airlines, customers, overseas agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Handle multiple shipments simultaneously meeting deadlines.
• Resolve operational issues through coordination and follow-up.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Air Export - Operations Executive to join our Air Freight team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in air export operations and freight forwarding, with the ability to manage multiple shipments efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end air export shipments, handling documentation, liaising with airlines and customers, monitoring shipment movement, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air export operations from booking to shipment completion.

• Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

• Manage shipment bookings, cargo readiness, flight schedules, cut-off times, and cargo acceptance.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain air export documentation, including Air Waybill (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and related documents.

• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and management.

• Coordinate with airlines and other stakeholders for smooth shipment movement.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required shipment documentation.

• Handle multiple air export shipments simultaneously while meeting operational deadlines.

• Resolve shipment-related operational issues through effective coordination and follow-up.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.

• Ensure compliance with applicable export, air freight, and company procedures.
