Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced export logistics professional to manage end-to-end shipments from booking and documentation through container loading, customs clearance, dispatch and tracking.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in manufacturing export environments, preferably in flexible packaging or plastics, with strong coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field required.
• 5–8 years experience in export logistics.
• Experience in manufacturing export environment preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE export procedures and documentation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end export shipments.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking, documentation, container loading, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and customs.
• Prepare shipment trackers and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE export procedures.

The ideal candidate should have

The ideal candidate should have hands-on export freight experience in a manufacturing company, preferably with exposure to flexible packaging or similar industrial products. The candidate should be capable of independently managing export shipments from booking and documentation through container loading, customs clearance, dispatch and shipment tracking.
