Job summary

Blue World Industrial in the UAE is seeking an experienced Export Specialist to join its growing team. You will manage end-to-end export operations, prepare export documents, ensure compliance with customs regulations across GCC, EU, US, Asia and Africa, and coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of proven experience in export or international trade/logistics.
• FMCG or Food & Beverage export experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations for the assigned regions.
• Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers.

Blue World Industrial a leading Food Wholesale Distributor and FMCG manufacturer based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is hiring an experienced Export Specialist to join our growing team As an Export Specialist you will be responsible for managing international shipments preparing export documentation and ensuring compliance with customs regulations across the GCC EU US Asia and Africa This Export Specialist role is critical to our mission of delivering premium UAE food products to global markets

Roles

ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end export operations for the assigned regions Prepare and review export documentation commercial invoices packing lists certificates of origin etc Coordinate with freight forwarders shipping lines and customs brokers Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms Track shipments and resolve any logistics or documentation issues Liaise with internal teams sales warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate records of all export transactions

Experience:

1 to 5 years of proven experience as an Export Specialist or in a similar international trade/logistics role.

Industry:

FMCG or Food & Beverage export experience is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

Language:

Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
