Job summary

reeqwest is seeking an Export & Sales Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will liaise with international importers, prepare quotations (FOB/CFR/CIF) and manage shipments from contract to payment.

You will coordinate with quarantine authorities, shipping lines and customs brokers, prepare export documents, and report on export performance. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in export, strong English, solid documentation knowledge, and great negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of export experience, preferably in agricultural products.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Well organized and able to meet tight shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with international importers and clients, and prepare price quotations (FOB / CFR / CIF).
• Follow each shipment from contract to delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare and follow up on export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate.
• Coordinate with the agricultural quarantine authority, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines.
• Keep client records and report on export performance.
