Job summary

WDP Jets Aviation in Dubai is looking for a highly organized assistant to provide direct, high-trust support to the Principal across business operations, private life, university studies and a property portfolio. This combined EA/PA role can be a single track or two specialists.

You will manage calendars, arrange travel, handle correspondence and oversee properties and staff, all with discretion across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PA/EA roles, UHNW/family office preferred.
• Meticulous and highly organized with confidentiality.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Willing to sign NDA and complete background checks.
• Valid UAE driving licence is essential for PA and combined tracks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business and personal calendars across multiple time zones.
• Organise meetings, host guests, and coordinate events and official visits.
• Draft and manage executive, legal and diplomatic correspondence.
• Prepare Excel trackers, reports and presentations.
• Plan business travel end-to-end, including private aviation logistics.
• Manage personal schedule, household staff, drivers and service providers.
• Oversee properties, tenancy renewals, rent collection, and contractors.
• Track finances, bills and payments with proper reconciliation.
