• 5+ years of PA experience, ideally in a UHNW environment
• Excellent discretion and trustworthiness for handling confidential information
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure
• Ability to travel with principals and manage complex itineraries
• Experience coordinating personal and household logistics across time zones

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and engagements for two principals
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and commitments across time zones
• Prepare agendas, itineraries, schedules, and daily overviews
• Coordinate personal travel, lifestyle arrangements, and private bookings
• Oversee personal logistics, household matters, and ad hoc requests
• Plan international travel itineraries and coordinate flights, visas, and accommodation
• Liaise with VIP services, security teams, and travel providers
• Handle confidential communications and manage emails
