The Personal Assistant to Director role is a temporary, on-site position based in Dubai. In this role, the individual will support the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing diaries and schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments. The role involves preparing basic correspondence and documents, maintaining records and files, and handling phone calls and email communications in a professional manner. The personal assistant will also help arrange internal and external meetings, support follow-up actions, and ensure the Director is briefed and prepared. The position is designed for early-career talent with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn in a dynamic industrial environment.
Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including organizing tasks, prioritizing requests, and providing reliable day-to-day support to a senior leader. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and managing basic reports or presentations. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a professional, courteous approach with internal and external stakeholders.
