Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a logistics and transport coordinator to manage fleet scheduling, driver coordination, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers for pickup/delivery and manage schedules.
• Assign service providers to various job orders across group companies.
• Schedule and dispatch trucks from hired and owned fleets.
• Track fleet movement from loading to final destination.
• Ensure timely completion to avoid demurrage charges.
• Prepare documents for port entry/exit procedures.
• Invoicing of payables and receivables for job orders.
• Ensure driver and vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with authorities and group PRO for queries.
• Liaise with departments to resolve traffic-related issues.

To schedule drivers for pickup or delivery of loads to customers at the same time coordinating with various Govt. authorities for registrations, letters & permits

• Coordinating with Intergulf FFD for job orders
• Assigning & allotting service providers to various job orders in group companies for Imports
• Scheduling and dispatching of trucks from both hired and self-owned fleet
• Tracking fleet movement to ensure completion of jobs from loading point to final destination
• Ensuring completion of jobs within the cut off time to save demurrage charges
• Ensuring necessary documents are in place for Port Entry & Exit procedures
• Invoicing of job order payables & receivables
• Ensuring driver & vehicle safety & compliance
• Coordinating with Sharjah Muroor for Wakala Hasa
• Liaisoning with Group PRO for resolving traffic dept queries
• Preparing traffic fine details on daily basisand reporting to Director and Manager Responding to any traffic accident for on sight assistance & handling Govt. officials
• Releasing of new vehicles from Jebal Ali port
• Carrying out vehicle registration and registration renewing
• Coordinating with Traffic Dept. to get necessary permissions for new vehicle

KPIs

• Ensuring timely renewals of all vehicle regulatory documents
• Ensuring constant reporting on fines & other related payments
• Timely renewal of wakala khasa
• Resolving all issues related to legal & PR
