Job summary

Spectrum Industries is seeking a Logistics/Delivery Planner in Dubai to optimize daily delivery routes, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time service. The role involves maintaining schedules, vehicle records, and driver assignments, while resolving service complaints and generating performance reports.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, knowledge of UAE traffic regulations, and strong communication skills.

• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding logistics services.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and registered.
• Monitor and adjust delivery schedules to accommodate changes.
• Generate reports on logistics performance.
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation (Salik, registration, Mulkiya, insurance, and permits).
