Job summary

Allied Transport LLC in Dubai is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily transport and logistics coordination. You will monitor driver attendance, schedules and vehicle movements to ensure on-time service delivery.

Coordinate with drivers, customers and internal teams, conduct site visits, and prepare daily reports. You will assist in vehicle allocation and respond to inquiries while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Operations/Supply chain management/Logistics management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and transport operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ensure all operational documents are accurate and up to date
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records
• Support vehicle allocation and scheduling based on operational requirements
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and operational concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and operational standards
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager
• Thorough knowledge of process and procedures involved in operations activitiesKnowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
• Ability to inspect equipment, vehicles, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
• Ability to estimate sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
