Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to lead daily lounge operations and uphold exceptional guest service. You will support the Lounge Manager, supervise teams, manage F&B standards, cost control, and guest requests, with a focus on delivering five-star experiences in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in supervising lounges, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a premium luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting daily operation of Executive Lounges with high guest service standards.
• Ability to supervise lounge operations and act in the manager's absence.
• Proactive guest service, anticipating needs and handling requests and complaints.
• Experience maintaining F&B standards, cost control, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistently high F&B standards.
• Assist the Manager in supervising lounge operations and take responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Anticipate guest needs through pre-arrival communication, personalised service and effective handling of requests and complaints.
• Oversee daily lounge F&B services, ensuring Jumeirah standards are maintained.
• Support team development, upselling, inventory control and cost management while ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
