Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Director of Program Sales to originate, shape, and close large-scale enterprise AI transformation programs delivered through professional services and sustained frontier AI consumption. You will lead executive conversations from initial AI ambition through to a funded, deliverable transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, technology or related field (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting or enterprise professional services sales, ideally AI/cloud/cybersecurity.
• Proven track record shaping and closing large professional services programs.
• Background from hyperscaler field CTO/principal solution architect, Big 4 or strategy consulting, cybersecurity vendor or large-scale digital transformation delivery.
• Evidence of taking proofs of concept into funded, production-grade programs with sustained consumption.

Responsibilities

• Run executive discovery workshops to convert AI ambition into fundable use cases and sell large professional services programs through to funded engagements.
• Architect credible frontier AI-powered solutions and engage stakeholders across security, compliance, legal, procurement, technology, and business domains.
• Own delivery feasibility — assess risk, timeline, dependencies, and resources before a deal is signed, ensuring PoCs have a path to production.
• Drive sustained model/API consumption after go-live and expand accounts by converting delivered programs into follow-on transformation work.
