Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Senior Associate for the CEO Office to solve priority business problems and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will own assignments across Strategy, Finance, Growth, Product, Technology, and Delivery, delivering AI-enabled workflows and measurable gains.

Expect framed problems, data-backed decisions, and disciplined PMO oversight to drive timely impact. You will build executive-ready materials and ensure alignment across stakeholders, accelerating adoption

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and operations or CEO/office of the CEO.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex problems and lead solutions.
• Hands-on AI capability with an AI-enabled workflow or tool.
• Strong quantitative and commercial judgment with data skills.
• Excellent executive writing and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business problems and propose practical options.
• Lead initiatives from scope to outcome with PMO discipline.
• Prepare executive briefs with clear trade-offs and accountable owners.
• Drive governance, track actions, and ensure benefit realization.
