Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Director – Solution Engineering to lead partner enablement and enterprise AI engagements. You will shape technical strategy and empower system integrators, resellers, and technology alliances to architect and deliver Inception’s AI portfolio.

This leadership role blends solution engineering, enablement, and scalable advocacy across product, engineering, and commercial teams, building reusable assets, certification programs, and standard processes for a global

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting including partner enablement experience.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred) and AI/ML services.

Responsibilities

Lead partner technical activation to ensure partners can position, design, and deliver the Inception AI portfolio.
Develop onboarding programs, solution deep-dives, and product trainings for partners.
Build and maintain a Partner Tech Certification curriculum with learning paths and assessments.
Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and scalable technical assets.
