Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Senior Manager - Sales to lead net-new business with enterprise accounts for AI solutions and value-added services. You will operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, selling to business, AI, IT, data, security, and executive decision-makers.

You will drive account strategies, manage client onboarding, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with product and support teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise B2B software sales.
• Mastery of MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) to drive deal strategy and forecast.
• Ability to structure, progress, and close complex deals.
• Experience selling AI, data, cloud, or platform solutions preferred.
• Proven track record in new logo acquisition.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deeply understand Inception's AI products and articulate their value to clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Monitor account performance metrics and report updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts to ensure successful adoption.
• Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and service delivery.
• Handle contract renewals and negotiations.
