Job summary

IFZA Partnership in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced executive IT support professional to deliver VIP-level technology services to C-suite and the Executive Office. You will ensure seamless digital experiences across corporate and personal devices, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

This role partners with Group IT to manage device setup, meetings, AV systems, and on-call support in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on reliability, security, and superior service for senior

Qualifications

• Experience providing VIP or executive-level IT support.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in large enterprises.
• Experience in hybrid work environments and coordinating with infrastructure teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver VIP-level support for executive devices and collaboration tools.
• Manage setup, configuration, and migrations across work and personal platforms.
• Provide end-to-end meeting and conferencing support (boardrooms, hybrid meetings, AV).
• Conduct proactive device checks and maintenance for executive readiness.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve escalations and ensure service quality.
• Handle technology procurement and vendor coordination for executives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of executive communications and data.
• Respond to urgent or after-hours technology needs as part of on-call duty.
• Suggest improvements to elevate the executive tech experience.
