Job summary

ALEC Holdings invites a Senior IT Engineer to deliver premier executive support and become a trusted technology advisor to C-level leaders in a fast-paced enterprise. Based in the UAE, you will manage devices, security, and collaboration tools for the executive team, coordinate with Cybersecurity, and ensure seamless travel and remote work readiness across board-level engagements.

You will train Service Desk engineers, lead incident response for VIP users, and help shape IT governance standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years in end-user support or IT operations, including VIP support.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and modern device management.
• Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds trusted relationships with executives, their assistants and offices.
• Advises executives on use of technology and coaches them in its use.
• Manages expectations and explains options, risks and timelines clearly.
• Delivers proactive IT support for devices, connectivity and accounts.
• Takes ownership of urgent executive issues and communicates updates.
• Coaches Service Desk engineers to cover executive support during peak periods.
