Job summary

ITXcellence seeks a VIP Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi with 6–10 years IT experience to provide end-to-end white-glove support to executive leadership, board members, and high-profile government officials. You will oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, SAN/NAS storage, and maintain strict confidentiality.

As the primary contact for VIP issues, you will coordinate with vendors, manage on-site support during ministry events, and ensure flawless service

Qualifications

• 6–10 years IT infrastructure experience with 2+ years VIP/executive support.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Executive presence and ability to pass security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end white-glove VIP technical support for executives and senior management.
• Troubleshoot complex desktop, mobile, server, and storage issues in Windows/Wintel environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Coordinate with vendors and L3 teams; on-site support for high-profile ministry events.
• Ensure confidentiality and full pre-meeting readiness and event support.
