Job summary

Client of Exceed IT Services seeks a dedicated executive IT support specialist in Abu Dhabi to resolve issues end-to-end across the full technology stack with discretion and speed.

You will act as a named single point of contact for a group of executives, own incidents to resolution, and provide proactive support including board session readiness and executive travel prep. Strong Teams and security skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must maintain strict confidentiality and handle executive information securely.
• Experience in enterprise IT support for executive environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as named single point of contact for executives and their staff.
• Own incidents to resolution across desktop, mobile, collaboration, server and storage layers.
• Provide proactive support including pre-meeting checks, travel prep and device health monitoring.
• Deliver Microsoft Teams support including Rooms and live events.
• Manage executive mailbox, calendar delegation and Exchange Online issues.
• Troubleshoot VPN, connectivity for home offices and remote work.
• Coordinate vendors and security teams while owning the executive user experience.
